Q. I submitted an assignment into the wrong
Module drop box. What do I do?
A. Email Karen Gillespie (kgillesp@uidaho.edu)
and explain what you did, including module number and ask her to reset
the submission box.
Q. One of the links in this module does not
work. What do I do?
A. Email Karen Gillespie (kgillesp@uidaho.edu) and tell her the module number and the link
that isn't working.
Q. Why do all documents have to be submitted
in Word 97 (example: Module1.doc) or higher?
A. Blackboard will accept a document in any
format, but will not let the grader open it. Therefore, a grade
of zero
will be received.
Q. What is the most common wrong format?
A. Microsoft Works with the extension of .wps cannot be
opened in Blackboard. Any assignment turned in with a wps extension will
receive a grade of zero.
Q. Is it possible to resubmit an assignment that was turned in
with the wrong format?
A. Yes, you must email Karen Gillespie (kgillesp@uidaho.edu) and ask her to reset the
submission box.
Q. Will you accept my assignment as an
attachment to an email?
No. All assignments must be
submitted through Blackboard.
Q. Will you accept a hard copy of my assignment?
No. All assignments must be
submitted through Blackboard.
Q. I submitted an assignment, but now the
status says, "Unavailable." What happened?

A. The assignments are not in Blackboard, they are on the Bus 100
