The Business Profession
 Course Description

BUS 100 (1 cr). Open only to freshmen and sophomores (with fewer than 58 credits). Introduction to the business environment and varying roles and responsibilities of business professionals; career opportunities in business are discussed to help students develop a strong sense of future academic and professional direction.

There are no prerequisites for the course.
 

In-Class Session, attendance crucial and Help Session Module submission is required

This is a Web-based course.  Students are responsible to look up weekly assignments, complete the assignment and submit the assignment through Blackboard by the deadline.  Details for submittal and assignment instructions are in each module.   

In-Class Session, Tuesday, January 15th, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. in Janssen Engineering Building, Room 104.   This will be the initial meeting for this course.

Submission of Help Session (Help Session Module) is required.  
This module will help eliminate duplicate questions that come in through email and give the student more confidence about Blackboard in general.
