| Using
your browser to access the Bus. 100 web site and Blackboard |
|
You will use your browser to
access the Bus. 100 web site, no login is necessary. You
will also use your browser to access Blackboard
for assignment submittal, login is required. These are two different web sites
that must be accessed separately.
The detailed instructions for each module are
found on the Bus. 100 web page, NOT in Blackboard.
You will only access
Blackboard when you want to submit an assignment or look at your
course status. Login IS required.

| Q: How do I
get to Blackboard?
A: Enter the URL address:
http://Blackboard.uidaho.edu or go directly to the Bus100 class
Web site by clicking on the following link:
Bus100 Blackboard
Q: What's my username?
A: The Blackboard username is typically a
format like vand1234
Blackboard Username Problems?
 | If you have never been issued a UI username, go to
http://support.uidaho.edu and request one. A Blackboard account
will be generated for you automatically once a UI account has
been created. Contact the ITS Help Desk (208-885-2725,
helpdesk@uidaho.edu) for additional support in building UI
accounts. |
| If you have a Blackboard account, but do not
appear to be registered for Bus100 Blackboard class, contact
Karen Gillespie,
kgillesp@uidaho.edu, to have her add you
to the Bus100 Blackboard class. Please provide your UI username
when you contact her.

Q: What's my password?
A: Your password is the same as your UI account

Browser versions
supported by Blackboard |

Blackboard supports only full-featured
Browsers. Some internet service providers provide their users
with "custom" versions of Netscape or IE. These are not
compatible with Blackboard.
