The ratings can be found at this site and you can request the full reports. Better Business Bureau's Philanthropic Advisory Service The PAS evaluates the fund raising practices of major charities and issues reports which can be found at this site. At GuideStar you can obtain copies of the IRS Form 990 which charities must file each year along with additional information provided by the tax-exempt organizations.
