Undergraduate Courses

Business Law 265 - Legal Environment of Business

Business Law 265 Online:  Legal Environment of Business (Summer Session only) may be taken from any location.  May 12 - June 8, 2008.

B. Law 265 Online is a "pure" Internet course, in that all work including exams and quizzes is done online.  The course may therefore be taken from any location; there is no need to be in Moscow at any time.  This course is offered during the Summer Session only.  It is the equivalent of the on-campus course, and may be used to satisfy degree  requirements at the University of Idaho and elsewhere.  The designer of this course, and its instructor, is Dr. Jerry Wegman, who also teaches it on campus.  Because students are not required to attend  scheduled classes or computer sessions, they may work on their own schedule and pursue employment or other Summer activities.

Some students prefer the more structured learning of online instruction.  After each class there is a short quiz, which can be taken twice.  If the initial performance is disappointing, the student can study more and then re-take the quiz.  Blackboard, which does the grading, will record the higher grade. New for 2008: exams may be taken twice also. This course is designed to be as flexible and convenient as possible.  To learn more about this course, please click on this link to its home page, http://www.cbe.uidaho.edu/buslaw265/

For additional information you may contact the Summer/Intersession Office, (208) 885-6237, or Dr. Wegman at (208) 885-7342.
