Additional Learning Resources
- Tutors may be available for this course through the TAAC/Tutoring and
Academic Assistance Center. These tutors are available to all
students and provide one hour per week of free tutoring. If
more than one hour is desired, the student and tutor may privately work out a
payment plan. To arrange for a tutor, please go to the TAAC office
located on the third floor of the Commons building, rm. 306. Tutors are
often limited, and are provided on a first-come basis.
- Tutors may be available for this course through the SSS/Student Support
Services. These tutors are available free, but only to
students who qualify. To qualify, a student must be either first
generation college educated, or below a certain income level, or have a
physical or learning disability. In addition the student must be a U.S.
citizen, as the funding for this program comes from the federal government.
To determine whether you are qualified, and to arrange for a tutor, please
call the SSS at 885-6746. Tutors are often limited, and are provided on
a first-come basis.
- I have placed two additional textbooks in business law at the University
Library 2 hr. Reserve Desk. These are available to you at no charge.
It is often useful to read another explanation of the same material. You
will gain another author's perspective, and additional cases and problems will
be provided.
